Went through drive through to cash a check(as done several times before) today was advised can not cash check to a non Riverview customer through drive through. Once inside tall blonde working at counter stated always their rule & cameras inside as she pointed to hers. Stated to her I have always used drive through & cameras there too. Another teller inside cashed and as I was leaving tall blonde very sarcastically said "Have a nice day as she proceeded to turn her back and laugh with the shorter burnette who was working the window. Unprofessional and if she can't work with someone disagreeing with her then customer isn't her career.

I really did enjoy this bank for the first year I've had them but it's just progressively gone down hill. I've never had a bank take so long to clear a check regardless of how it was deposited. I think it's because of how small of a bank they are. Despite the attitude I receive whenever I call to ask them the status of them depositing and releasing the funds to my account, I continue to bank with them. Until today. The woman that I spoke with had some serious attitude when I asked her about releasing the funds. I understand that it takes time for it to process and clear but it should not take the two full days for them to clear it. It doesn't take this long for the money to clear if the funds are completed through a direct deposit. So, while it was fun having you guys as a bank, I think it's time I find a different bank.
