We have been with Rock Canyon for over 4 years as a business. We had an SBA loan with them and they serviced that loan for us and everything went very well. We had a hiccup in operation on our end and we had a check come back with non sufficient funds. With some negotiating back and forth the bank did help us get it resolved and put everyone in a better situation. A big thanks to Ricky Monroe over there who ironed out the details for us.
