My Mail to Rolta Management and Mallik ManemI worked in EDS group of Rolta from 2006 to 2011 under Sushil & Mallik. I spend almost 5 year with you and it is a big time. I have worked in India as well as in USA. I loved my stay in the company. I was infant when I joined the company. I learned lot of things in Rolta. Today few of my best friends are from Rolta. I took my decision to leave Rolta very heavy-hearted because I wanted to grow in my life as all you want. I have dream same like others. My today's email is not to highlight all this. It is almost one year since I resigned from Rolta. I am still expecting my experience letter and my document from Rolta. I knocked Rolta's door for almost 10 times for the same thing. I was even ready to pay the bond amount. But Rolta HR is ignoring me. What Rolta wanted to prove from this? You wanted to prove that I resigned Rolta while in USA. I don't have right to ask for the document. What kind of business Rolta is in?When I was working with Rolta that time I experienced one bad thing. When fellow worker is leaving Rolta they never share the same thing before last day. They are waiting for paycheck to get deposited, then they inform to Manager. I left resigning but even few abscond in Rolta . It is very high percentage. It is mainly because of two things one is fear about loss of paycheck and second about screwing the career. It was not new in Rolta India. Things never went smooth in Rolta after resignation. Thing's are same in Rolta today. if you take service agreement and try to hold employee then he will never stay. Only thing will keep employee in Rolta. It is feeling of respectfulness and the affection with organization. I agreed on service agreement because of my job need. I finished my agreement with you. I was ready to compensate if I owe anything to Rolta.This gives me feeling of slavery still exist in modern world. Rolta is very innovative in one thing how to harsh greedy employee in legally by new ways. This includes your training academy bond. if someone is staying for more than 4 years in rolta then fellow worker tease him with he is not able to find the job. It is big joke in Rolta. This is a kind request to all the concerned people in Rolta to please provide me my relevant work experience certificate and others who suffered from it, or I will have to take steps that might ruin the name of the company in and around US. I want my experience letter, because I worked for Rolta and I worked honestly. If Rolta is not willing to give me the experience letter, I shall have to move to court in US. The only option left with me is law, for which I can go to any limits. I am sure that this country at least respects employees and I am sure I will get justice. I am starting internet campaign even. you may find few things on social networking even. I will protest do in all possible way unless Rolta stop doing all this harassment.
