They would be a really wonderful bank to deal with if they didn't make it seem like they disliked me so much when I walk in the door. I am not sure if it is because they don't like men or if it is because they have to put their book down and wait on me. Either way, I never feel welcome when I walk in. M&T on the other hand, I get smiles and they ask me how I am, etc. Rosedale Federal could use some work on their people skills.UPDATE 10-22-18: I stopped in there for the first time since they moved. It seems that they got rid of all the grumpy man-haters and I was greeted with smiles. The new building looks awesome inside and everyone is really nice. I am impressed. I was going to close out some old accounts but decided against it after I was made to feel like I was valued as a customer!!!! That goes a long way with me!
