Overall Feedback:
Although the Wintrust banking system [as a whole] is a bit more dated -- meaning both their mobile app and website -- I *always* walk into their branch(es) and get really friendly help and service. The best part? FREE checking accounts for both personal AND small business, woo hoo! :-)If you want to pay and get more high-tech features, Chase definitely has a superb support team and excellent technology running their show. Anyways, I like the free stuff from Wintrust.Other banks (*cough* BMO Harris *cough*) charge for everything with NO good customer support to show for it.
