Stay away from this bank. If you have a debit card, you will get charged $1.50 for simply using that card as debit. So every time you use your debit card as debit, you are going to get feed. Whenever I go to NYCB or I speak to a representative over the phone, I immediately regret it because of how rude they are. The workers have horrible attitudes for no reason. If there was a way to give this bank no stars or even negative stars, I would have done that. Switching banks was a very smart decision.
