Absolutely fantastic experience with Rotech. Angela, the manager and respiratory therapist, was EXTREMELY helpful with my sleep apnea. She helped diagnosed me with an ongoing oxygenation issue that I had no idea was still going on. She's also in the process of getting me a new machine to fix that issue. She obviously cares about the people she treats and knows her stuff. Ok, the building they are currently occupying could use a bit of work on the inside, but they are reportedly relocating soon. Don't let it dissuade you from going here. Everyone inside is very pleasant and helpful.I really have to disagree with the negative reviews. From my experience, I would honestly go nowhere else in NEPA.

This is the absolute worst medical company on the planet DO NOT USE THEM! BEWARE! The customer service is consistently disgusting! They lie, send wrong equipment and charge for it, they will hang up on you. I cannot express the distress this place has caused me. I can only imagine how they treat the elderly patients! I’ve reported them to the BBB. I’ve watched older people leave crying because their machines were broken and they would do nothing to help them!

This is a terrible place. They are 1 hour away from my home and they refuse to come to the house to deliver the machine. I had to do it myself. Now it is broken and they refuse to come to fix it or replace it. My car is broken and I am going for surgery tomorrow. Terrible customer service. My insurance paid a lot for this machine and they won't even fix it. Don't go to this place.
