Great kiwibank/post shop, just a bit crowded by the counters and heaps of space near windows, very open and lots of window, can't miss this place as it's right in the middle of town

Just needed to mail a letter to Canada and the clerk helping me was degrading and rude. She was about 4000 years old and just hated humans. Thankfully I got my letter mailed but it was all around a terrible experience.

Really rude people. I was there for a bank statement which I didn't even get. And felt like they were just intruding on my life wanting to know stuff that is not even valid to them and they shouldn't need to know. Almost everybody in this building iv dealt with is just rude.

Had a bad experience this morning with two staff members maybe being senior member is not appropriate for me to be asking for their kiwi bank services abruptly asked me for my phone number and how much was my house worth and email address and get back to you gee what the heck is wrong may be it was me not ny day

Good service, people are welcoming and friendly. Personally, I opened my account by phone and went to the bank to show required documents. It was simple and efficient. At the phone and at the bank, people were very kind.
