Very displeased with my service here, I ask to have overdraft protection removed and they still charge me overdraft after I requested it be removed. Always having problems with this bank.

This branch used to be top notch, however sudden changes have changed my review. My last visit I noticed their has been new employees; some friendly and some not so friendly. This new Manager is not member friendly. I want the old Manager back!!!

I have been with this bank for about a little over 10 years and I just love it and I my wife has her own account and my sister-in-law has her accounts that's how much I love its whenever I do have someone that talks about a bank I always tell them to go to Sandia labs

I have a car loan with this Bank. Every time I make a payment, I have to drive to the bank. I'm not allowed to mail my payments in. And when I get to the bank it takes me 15 to 20 minutes for them to check my account to make sure I'm the right person and then I'm allowed to make a payment on my own account. This is by far the worst bank ever

Best Credit union in town. You will not regret your visit. This credit union is already rated the best in service and rates in Albuquerque BUT this particular branch is even more so.They just recently opened this branch and so they are not very busy. They spent slot of time with me and catered to every question and request I had regarding loans with honesty and respect!I went in there as a first time buyer for a car (loan) about a month ago and with the rates and service of the employees there, it SERIOUSLY CAN'T GET ANY BETTER.I'm very happy with my decisionAsk for Tess when u get there for anything you need

This location was great about a year ago and now every time I go in everything always has to be difficult and takes forever. The customer service is beyond rude and there so unhelpful. There quick to not know what to do and almost seems like they get delight out of being unhelpful and curtious with customers. 13+ year customer with slfcu... I love the bank just not this locations customer service.

I am a Desert Storm Veteran and for years I only banked at USAA. But USAA had no branches except for in Austin, TX. I was about to purchase my first home and I needed a Bank where I could go in and speak to professionals about mortgages, car loan, and other financial issues. SLFCU has been awesome, and the Branch on Wellspring is not as busy as other branches. I am very happy with all the services that they offer!

Worst SLFCU in the ABQ/Rio Rancho area. I have been with this union for 15 years and they decided to quit cashing third party checks. The checks were endorsed to me, from my husband, for his work. I deposited one or two each month, other locations did this no problem for months. Never had ANY KIND of fraudulent activity ever. And they can't give me a reason why they wouldn't do this for me anymore. Had to argue with manager just to get him to cash the current check since I was never told this before and needed to pay bills that day. On separate occasions I had been waiting in the drive up for 35-40 min just to cash a check in my name!
