I don't know what is going on at this location but they are so disorganized it is insane! They have one person working at their window and wait time is insane! I had one car in front of me and one car beside me and waited over 20 minutes! They aren't busy so I have no idea what we're waiting for. Not to mention I am rarely greeted either, no "hello" no "goodbye", "have a nice life", nothing! I despise this place and will be switching to an actual bank that is modernized and not stuck in the dark ages. I literally can't think of a single good thing about this place. I've been a customer for 11 years and literally NOTHING has changed and that is just sad. This is 2019 people, not 1999.
