Ana the Moreno Beach branch is the Perfect example of someone who has Exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond and took those few extra step to make me feel like she understood what I was going through and she wanted to help me in every way possible to find get the proper help I needed. And she did. I'm very happy and thankful she was able to help me get the loan right for me and approved that exact day right before closing.I work in customer service so I'm big on it and she definitely exceeded my expectations.
