I've attended several workshops and met with volunteers. They're very nice and offer advise based on many years of actual business experience. Their seminars are very affordable and can help someone just starting out or thinking of improving their business. My only complaint is that consultation tends to die out after one contact. Having said that, if you have specific questions that can be answered in one meeting, this is the best service I've found in FL for small business.
