Absolutely no help at all at this office..in fact they set me back..the first meeting with a score rep didn't even show up for the meeting and said he "forgot" we had a meeting.we rescheduled and when we did meet he offered no helpful advice and sat as though he had no inspiration or desire to be there.offered no help at all.Another representative did offer some advice about bookkeeping but was generally offering excuses.two separate occasions taking important documents of mine to study and very difficult to contact for return.the second time she took documents and I have not been able to contact again and never recieved the documents back,no reply to emails or phone calls at all.documents I am required by law to keep on record are gone missing by the very organization that is supposed to help and support a small business.Not only unsupportive but possibly putting me in trouble.I do not not recommend seeking help from this office in fact it is more often vacant and just needs to be shut down.
