This is a pretty building! However, some of the old charm was lost when the switched from the old manual elevators. You have to pay to get to the bar at the top of the building. I don't think that's right. The bar is really nice and serves great drinks. The bar and bartenders have that old charm like the building. The tour is ok, there is some neat things to see

Underrated place to visit when in Seattle! If you're looking for history and a view with a legit bar on the Observatory level, this self-guided tour is for you! You can buy tickets on their site. They're cheaper and have more availability than going through the TripAdvisor site

This was on our list for two reasons. Number one. This was the first original skyscraper in Seattle. And had a speakeasy themed bar which we hope to have some lunch cocktails in. The whole experience was a lot of fun and the bar was quiet I think probably due to the fact that it was middle of the week but also because of the entrance fee to go up to see the views. Well worth a visit if you’re in Seattle. We liked the class and theme and vibe of the bar.

Great views of Seattle on the 34th floor. Restaurant had great cocktails and a nice happy hour. The cheese plate and shrimp cocktail were spot on.

Pay for ticket to get up tower, then enjoy the view with a few drinks. Hot tip is to wait for happy hour - then drink twice as much!
