I wanted to thank Second Wind Consultants for all the help they gave me getting out of debt with my SBA loan. When I had contacted Second Wind I felt like the debt of my business had my back against the wall. I personally worked with Jared Nugent who was always patient and caring for me during this tough time with my business. He did all the talking to bank and the SBA, which the average business owner has no idea on how to even begin to speak with. Not to mention the stress with dealing with people who work with the bank. He walked me through a step by step protocol that Second Wind implemented to help reduce the debt of the SBA loan and save me a great deal of money.Thank you Jared and Second Wind for taking load of of my back! On February of 2018 I reached out to Second Wind Consultants and spoke with Nathan Blehar regarding our Business financial hardship.Nathan listened to our circumstances and was empathetic. Nathan Indicated to me that Second Wind Consultants would help negotiate an OIC for our $140K SBA Business Debt with a settlement of about 15K and I would still be able to remain as an employee of the Business afterwards. I discussed the logistics of Second Winds proposal with my wife and we decided to move forward with Second Winds services. Nathan introduced us to our Rep Jeff Chaisson. Jeff provided us a road map and helped us navigate through a very complex and tedious process of obtaining any and all pertinent documentation to help settle our debt and alleviate our worries and anxiety through out the entire 8 month process. Jeff was very diligent and assertive dealing with the Bank. In addition, Jeff would always keep us abreast of any and all updates or documents that he needed from us to help with the negotiation process. All in all Jeff Chaisson and the team at Second Wind Consultants was able to settle our OIC for 10K of our $140K SBA business Debt, saving us 5K from the initial estimate of 15K, totaling a total savings of $130,000.00! I am pleased to share my experience with Second Wind so others may know your services are available in a time of need. The relief Jared Nugent provided was exactly what I was looking for.As a small businessman, I had a complex set of liabilities and a million concerns. My time had to be spent in my business, not being on the phone with creditors that I had no answers for. At the same I had to shield myself from creditor's claims as I was personally liable for over $80,000 in debt. I was optimistic that Jared Nugent/Second Wind could help me but I remained skeptical as I had never been in this position before and really did not know what to expect. While it do not happen overnight, it did happen for me. When Jared Nugent structured a settlement, I know I was in the right place. Not only did Jared Nugent dramatically reduce what I owed, Jared created the payment plan that fit within what I could afford to pay. With one settlement, my financial outlook improved. Business can be tough and very stressful, but working with Jared Nugent helped me tremendously and brought me peace of mind and great results. I sought out their services in 2011 for a small business loan that I could not pay due to my own mistakes. They were very nice at first. They put an outline of the different steps that would take place to get this debt taken care of. However, as each step was going on, it seemed like the actions I was told to do backfired. Things I was told to get, didn't work out. I was spending so much money with no results. Years past and I paid my entire responsibility to them (over 45,000) with no conclusion. I expressed my concerns to them, and t hey laughed at me, telling me that they will take care of everything and not to worry. As time went by, they were getting even more hostile with me, even calling me names. They were getting harder and harder to reach until finally they would not call me back. I have called multiple times, leaving messages with no call back. I finally had to do things on my own. I had to write up my own Offer and Compromise and deal with the lender myself. As of today 7-17-2018 (over 6 years later) I am still dealing with this nightmare.

The wealth of information that Don, Jared and the others at Second Wind share is extremely helpful. Jared was able to help me get a satisfactory conclusion to my issue.
