Horrible. Have a 2 year loan with them and made every payment and all of the sudden at 7 months left they say I missed payments and that I may be transferred to a new company but then next payment they say oh you’ve never missed payments then I get paperwork in the mail that I am transferred to a new company. Needed a 1 day payment extension and spen 2 hours being told that they will transfer me to the department to set that up and then I go back to the main menu. My girlfriend was a co-signer and her info is all of a sudden gone from the account as well. She has cancer and we need the car to get her to treatments and now I’m going to lose it over them lying that I missed payments and selling my loan. Run away like I should have. Nobody will care all they want is to get their money and don’t care who gets hurt in it. They got paid and now I’m screwed out of my money.
