Horrible. Unprofessional. Rude. Terrible customer service. They threatened to take my car, with five payments left, because I was a DAY late on the payment. The person that contacts me about my account changes every couple of months. They've called being very aggressive and disrespectful, telling me I am behind on my payments when I'm actually not. To make it worse they will argue with you about the matter until you give them the receipt number for the payment, then hang up without even the smallest apology for wrongfully harassing you. The cherry on top is te fact that we are not the only ones who has been suckered into paying thousands more than the car is worth, just because we are first time buyers. STEER CLEAR OF SAL.
