Someone please tell me how to get this Company punished! I have a 6000.00 debt on my credit file from this company, just appeared in august of 2018, no letter of contact , no inquiry, nothing, not my debt, but they are allowed to report this on a person's file without contacting the consumer to a establish validity? Now my credit score has plummeted and I keep losing accounts and credit limits because of this fradulent entry! What Legal action can I take to get these cleared? The credit bureaus are no help...sigh!
