Customer service is very poor. Don't get roped in with their rates. I'm a member of theirs and wish I never joined. My national bank is much more focused on customer service than this credit union.

i bank here not much longer switched from dort federal what a mistake.my password keeps getting rejected online called 4 times today monday noone answers the phones lol really?cannot use mobile app because im under a business name.the people they hire seem trashy to me.there always angry and give you dirty looks during transactions.whats wrong with this bank?

Phone service is terrible, 32 calls ahead of me, I only had one question. Hire some operaters.

Horrible service when you have to call in. I have had to wait at MINIMUM 45 minutes each time. That is NOT good customer service. I was also charged for checks without knowing.. It was never disclosed to me when I signed up. AND I have had nothing but issues with my online account, logging in since I opened this account about a month ago. I hope this online upgrade they just did works better... Oh that's IF I can get a hold of someone to help me get logged into this new system. TERRIBLE experience so far!
