This review is only for the phone service. I tried to call to speak with a person, but was bounced around an automated system until it finally hung up on me. You need to be able to speak with a person sometimes!

Tried going in to exchange some change 5 till closing time and wasn't allowed too.They should post that they "close" 5 till instead of people thinking they go by their actual business hours.

Just an update, I think security service in uvalde has updated their phone service..I just called and someone answered right away. I didn't even have to go through automated messages. Love this bank!!!

Very upset called 10 times let it ring about 5 min each time never answered my phone call.... pathetic. .. I have had an account with yall forever and had to go to check n go because at least they picked the damn phone up...

the one star rating is specifically for the phone service. I called several times and the phone just kept ringing. After a third attempt I finally got someone to answer but instead of telling me that Corina wasn't available, they kept me on hold till the phone cycled back to ringing endlessly. smh.
