The receptionist, Ms Virginia is the sweetest ever!! But the loan officer Susan is abrupt, needs to work on her customer service and will hang up without allowing YOU to tell her have a nice day! No goodbye or anything!!

You will not find our service level and personal attention ANYWHERE else!!!! Our Southaven, MS office is the Corporate office so we handle EVERYTHING inhouse!!! Trust Me when I tell you this makes a HUGH difference. I have worked at six other banks big and small and at two other credit unions large and small!! We set the bar HIGHER than the Rest!!!"We Love Our Members!!"

This bank has been great to me and my family. The staff is very friendly and kind. Susan is by far the sweetest person I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. This bank helped my wife start her credit and helped me make mine better. And they sure did come through when we had a disaster on vacation, complete lifesavers. My sons first savings account will be opened here and I plan on banking with this bank as long as I can. Love this bank.

Susan Burton is the rudest person I ever encountered! She gives the business a bad rep! Yes they help get you in vehicles, but hey anyone can do that at high interest rates with bad credit! I however have no car loan or account with them but my Husband do and Susan decided to reach out to me by email and text in a rude manner, Didn’t greet me or anything and had the nerve to discuss how she didn’t have to help my husband! But I told her I wasn’t responsible for his vehicle that was purchase thru their services! She then still tried justifying why she had the right to be rude! Wish I could leave a half star!!

I have been with SecurTrust for a month. If anyone is on there job it is Susan Barton. She is one of the best people In the world. My credit was shot, she has managed to help me get a 2017 Camry. I couldn't get a Camry with Good credit. Car note is reasonable. This bank has helped me more than any bank I have ever banked with. I wouldn't leave them if you paid me to. Oh and by the way, she is working on me a house.. Contact Susan Barton @SecurTrust for all your money woes.

Susan, the loan officer was by far the rudest person I've every had to deal with at a business. Very sarcastic and just and overall bad attitude. Would have given no stars if possibel
