Semper deserves 0 stars! Semper’s loan process is like a ride down a bumpy road in a jalopy held together with wire and duct tape. Our take on the Semper style is sloppy, stressful and filled with costly mistakes. We needed a rehab loan to restore a beautiful historic home and they were unable to “architect” a home loan for us. “The process” was filled with errors, stress, sexism, lack of transparency, and high rates and fees. “The Skinny” is Semper lacks honesty, disregards and ignores women, and has absolutely no consideration for the needs of the customer.
