As a structured settlement holder I get countless phone calls from companies competing for my business. Hands down Seneca One has been the best experience I've had so far. Mr. Pettit has went above and beyond anything I could have asked or expected. Any questions or concerns have been addressed quickly and efficiently. He has absolutely made this process seamless. This is my first time working with Seneca and I can say with certainty I wish I would have known about them sooner. I had plenty of hesitations after working with other companies, such as J.G Wentworth, but after one phone call with William I knew I made the right choice. Really, I am only giving Seneca One 5 Stars because of the Senior Account Specialist that I have worked with, William Pettit. Mr. Pettit's work ethic is impeccable. My experience during my transaction was seamless. If I had any question, Mr. Pettit was there to answer, he truly went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was taken care of. There were many companies vying for my business as a stucture settlement holder, but I choose Seneca One specifically because of the quality of customer service that I received from Mr. Pettit. So 5 stars it is for Seneca One...To the higher ups: you can thank Mr. Pettit!!! Matter of fact I think you should take him out for coffee!
