I absolutely love SFCU. Not only is the process of banking with them easy and available, but the people are just the best. I've used all branches here in Rapid City and Box Elder and everyone has always been kind to me. Never once in my 5 years banking with them have I had any issues.

I’ve been banking through these guys since they were telco and they treat me with respect when I stop in they answer any questions I have via phone or email or in person. They have never screwed me over like some banks have definitely an amazing place to bank at.

I am always pleased by the service from the tellers that I receive when I drive the long way out from my westside home to my banking facility at SFCU...keep up the good hospitality & service!

Closed early on Saturday, can't call on Saturdays, closes before anyone who works a real job can get there, horrible online app, low limits on transfers out of the bank. Oh yeah, this is a great place to keep money.
