I went into Sharefax in Batavia Ohio and dealt With loan officer Troy to apply for a loan to buy a house I told them if me and the wives credit does not pass their regulations we could have a cosigner they agreed then after they ran our credit They called me and told me that we was declined do you too I could not get private insurance for my mortgage loan and some issues with my credit I called my insurance company USAA and they told me that they would ensure me and I have no problem with ensuring me for a house After I got all the paperwork and asked for a copy of my credit report I found out that they charged me 37.50 to run and nobody told me that they was going to charge me to run my credit This was the worst experience I have ever had and I’m trying to buy a house for the first time this bank lies about the process telling you that you could have a cosigner but then after they declined you they tell you they don’t do third-party cosigners it would have to be a spouse and she was already on there and we did not get approved I wish I could write them zero stars but that was not an option
