Unethical business practices... will try to capture you business by lying to you and then never getting back to you once the deal is done. We had originally spoke with Jacob @ shield funding to help get capital and build our business credit. Jacob promised us we were approved for a much greater amount than we actually were given and sold us a lie stating we would be given 1/4 of that amount now and then the remaining amount after 10 days of showing good payment history. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. We sealed the deal only to find out a week later we were never getting the original amount he stated we were approved for and only given the 1/4 of the promised amt with high processing fees and high interest rate. Jacob NEVER explained they were just a broker and passed us off to another agency forward financing who had no idea about the lies were we sold. I made business decisions based on what we were "approved" for per jacob and had i known i would have never agreed to take on this small amt of capital with astronomical fees. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

At first, I truly believed they could help. The representative I spoke to Jacob was prompt with his replies at first. I got approved, sent over all my information signed contracts. We got to the point where I was just supposed to wait for a phone call and I would get funded. I never got the call, never heard back from anyone. I call and it sends me to voicemail...it's not about getting funded it's about the communication and I just don't understand why they took me as far as telling me one thing and then just ignoring the calls and messages without any updates

Do not hesitate! Trust my experience. I contacted Sam Baitz last Monday and and received $35,000 in my account Wednesday of the same week!!!!! I am happy to write this review for this company. Don’t think that I have a perfect business and personal resume because I don’t. I just really think that they’re simply a rare find in this industry. My deal was structured in a way that I really feel like it would help my company and that both Shield Funding and my company would end up helping each other out. This is a very rare thing with this industry. Other companies in the same industry had me feeling that it’s a one way street. I’ve read and personally experienced lenders that take advantage of companies, especially those companies lenders know would have a hard time getting approved elsewhere. Give them a try and do not hesitate. I almost did after I applied but thankfully, I pushed through. I had a feeling they’re different. I now consider them a long term partner of my company as their deals are structured so that both of you end up in a winning situation. I would never hesitate again to do business with them whenever I need funding. Other lenders will only think of themselves and abuse the situation when dealing with companies seeking non-traditional loans. I never felt this with Shield Funding and the experience and results that I had would back up this claim. I really think that with my situation, I got the best deal that anyone could have offered me. I am talking about amount of money, length of terms, and rate. I think I’ve received the best deal in terms of these three aspects given my overall situation. This is why I am excited with what offer will come next time around when I’ve improved my situation some more. Again, thank you Sam for all the patience and help. I appreciate it. I am looking forward to a very long business relationship

Honest, Friendly, and not pushy I was very hesitant to do business with a funding company as I receive hundreds of solicitations a month from them. Most companies pitch very heavy and engage in unethical tactics even in their sales pitches. Sam at Shield Funding was honest through the entire process. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he paid attention. He didnt sell me about doing billions and how is the best. He got me exactly what I was looking and delivered on time. I think the most important part of the deal is to be honest and tell the potential client that they do not have to take any deal. Sam treated me like I was his brother and never pressured me into anything. I would highly recommend talking to Sam about funding even if you don't take a loan from him.
