Total Fraudsters. We negotiated a leasing contract with BT Local Business where we would own the phone system at the end of the lease. Shire now hold the lease and they will not honour the original agreement we had with with BT. Don't lease anything through this company, you'll get shafted.

Have used Shire Business Leasing for 10/15 years for all manner of things including tills and expensive kitchen equipment and have found them to be nothing other than fast, efficient and friendly. A recent purchase of a Rationale oven, phone call to Richard Kirk made early morning with deal sign sealed and delivered by 5pm the same day. Can’t complain at that!

Not sure what these other reviews are about as I have used Shire for several years now and found their rates to be on par or less than every other leasing company and I have never had any issues with ending a contract early.My personal experience and opinion is that they are by far the friendliest and easiest to deal with finance company I have worked with. My account manager Bethan takes the time to understand my business as it evolves and is able to respond to our needs swiftly and effortlessly from our side. In fact swift isn't the word, they are like fibre optic and I have had only great service from them!
