Feedback:

The product we ordered happened to be defective. When I attempted to return it, I was directed to tech support to troubleshoot my problems. I re-explained that the product was defective, not that our team was having user issues, and that I needed to return the product for a refund. I was then given step-by-step instructions on how to work the product. Over the course of several emails I re-stated that we had attempted all trouble-shooting, even referencing online guides and that the product in fact did not work; I also asked that they pay for the return shipping. I was told that I could return the product at my own cost, but that they would then preform their own testing on it once it had arrived, to prove that it was defective before my refund could be issued. I felt held hostage by their customer service and tech support teams rather than supported. It was not a good experience and I do not recommend ordering from them.
