Já reclamei junto do meu banco, junto do BPI e dão a entender que a culpa é da SIBS.Curioso: no Portal da Queixa, encontrei um relato de uma cliente da Caixa Geral de Depósitos que, no mesmo dia e quase há mesma hora, lhe aconteceu algo semelhante. Tentou duas transferências de 400,00€ e até agora o dinheiro também desapareceu. A Caixa Geral de Depósitos já se descartou do incidente e sugeriu à cliente para falar com a SIBS.Trata-se de um caso muito grave e que mete em causa milhares de transferências bancárias.Seria bom que a SIBS desse a cara e esclareça estes erros informáticos / fraudes bancárias.
