Most negative experience of my life dealing with this organisation.They had no flexibility, no fairness, no conscience, it was like talkling to a bunch of robots.In my opinion this company had robbed me. I used their service for 8 months and they have charged me for the full 7 years of the lease, inspite of having no equipment and no access to any services that I have been charged for.Would Siemens negotiate and come up with a fair compromise, NO! This company is pathetic as are the staff including the CEO who all sing from identical hymn sheets not having a thinking, compromising brain between them.Avoid this company like the plague!

These guys seem to hide behind cloaks of other companies that act as brokers for them, they passed incorrect information to insurers, meaning that what they should have insured was insured at the incorrect address. Luckily we had the assets inured individually via our own insurers. Poor communication, Poor Customer Services, Poor Administrations, poor selection of agents and brokers....... so just poor.... if you want to get yourself really frustrated and wound up by companies that don’t care...... choose these, alternatively take your business somewhere that it will be appreciated.
