Lambat untuk bagi feedback. Call akan masuk ke voicemail tp tiada follow up yg pantas. Bila masalah lambat diselesaikan, akan berlaku masalah lagi besar di restoran. Kami sewa sistem ni sebab untuk memudahkan sistem operasi restoran. Tp sebaliknya berlaku. Harap sedaikan staff support lebih ramai dan sekurang kurang nya hingga lewat malam kerana operasi restoran bukan mcm waktu pejabat. Jika sevis after sales gagal, mungkin ramai customer getslurp akan beralih ke sistem lain. Terima kasih
