Very negative experience. Went to Pickering location and the girl there had a bad attitude and gave me wrong info. Went to Kennedy and Lawrence location after, the lady was professional but gave me some made up email saying you need to make for then $1200 a week before taxes just to get a simple payday loan. This place is garbage and will be reported the the BBB

My experience at Simply is always the BEST, the service is AMAZING! I always go to the location at Kennedy and Ellesmer, because of Chantel and her amazing personality, she listens to all my problems and we both know, she does not have to! Thank you so much for always being a big help!

My experience with the customer service person was quite pleasant. I was a little frustrated at all of the redundant documentation they required but the is policy decision that she could not control. The interaction went very smoothly once I pulled all the pieces together. I would definitely use this service in the future.
