Every time i use location, Kathy who is at the drive up window is the absolute worst. Her customer service is awful, she is extremely snooty. I avoid this branch whenever possible!

Don't let them put you on hold when calling branch. They will not pick it up, when I called back they asked again if I would hold I said no, they put me on hold again.
