Oh my god, horrible experience. Skrill used to be MoneyBookers and it was great. It has become IMPOSSIBLE to conduct business with this company due to all the levels of security, lack of clarity on the web site, endless verification process. Too bad. I guess I have to go to PayPal.

I closed my account with Skrill.This company is the WORST I've ever seen for money transfer services. Customer support is virtually non-existent, the fees are outrageous for sending and receiving funds (they get you both ways), there are extreme limitations on the amounts you can send/receive, and their ACH Bank authentication is broken. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Skrill is the rubbish! I'm so angry right now. The don't even have castomer care yet they charge too much. I have money stuck in their account and when ever I try to long in they ask If I'm a robot 6 times.
