I recently used Slade Mortgage Group to buy my home in Florida (June 2017). Rob was my primary contact there and did a great job working with me and the team at Slade Mortgage to get my VA loan processed for an on-time closing! During the process I wanted to evaluate the differences between using my VA loan or going conventional. Rob ran all of the numbers and showed me that I could currently qualify for a lower rate under VA and had very close estimates for my monthly expenses for both scenarios. Working with Slade Mortgage from long distance could have been challenging, but they ensured we had everything we needed and walked us through whatever documents they needed from us to move forward.I would recommend anyone in MA or FL to use Slade Mortgage Group when shopping for any mortgage needs.
