Freaking useless! I can't wait to stop using this company. Finally talked my boss into a new one. We didn't get our report emailed like we ALWAYS do. I called, this morning, and the guy couldn't be more useless. Kept saying login to your account to get it. well I never login my account to get it. It's emailed to us every day. I don't even know the password. When I tell him I don't know the password he still keeps saying login to your account. Are you not comprehending what I'm saying? I asked him to resend it and he acted like it was this huge inconvenience. I've been waiting an hour and it still hasn't been sent. I say good riddance to this company
