My family's taxes are straightforward--single income, investments, kids--no property, no second homes, no divorces, etc., but with all the new convoluted tax laws I took a kind neighbor's recommendation and entrusted my taxes to SBA. They seemed more professional than the last CPA I used (whose office looked like a set for a "Hoarders" reality show). However, 3 weeks after I gave SBA all of my tax docs---and now just 3 calendar days from the filing deadline--SBA still cannot tell me when they will be done with my taxes!!! If they finish today and don't screw us over, they'll get 4 stars. If not, they'll get the stars that they deserve... This is a Review in Limbo...
