Completely disappointed. My wife and I used this company to file our taxes based on a family recommendation. I thought they would have a meeting with us to discuss our tax situation when we started but that never happened. We received a letter specifying the terms of our engagement at almost literally the 11th hour. They asked to upload everything online with little to no insight or direction and then waited until the last minute to review the documents and file our taxes. Everything was rushed last minute and we received a phone call at 9 pm the night our taxes are due to inform us that we needed to pay thousands of dollars by midnight. Thanks for nothing. Please do yourself a favor and use any tax preparer other than Small Business Advisors.
