Came here twice. The worst customer service EVER! The woman with dyed auburn hair always had attitude. So I tried the 2nd chance with this. She blew it. I will be no longer coming to smoky mountain pawn. I’ll be going to Shylock pawn now and on.

I have been using this pawn shop exclusively for a decade now and I am always happy with my experience. I'm a single Mom and I have had to put my jewelry in pawn for groceries or bills many times. Libby has always been great. She has asked me before"are you sure you can handle this payment? I don't want you to lose your rings." That is not something a greedy person would say. When I have been in better financial places I have bought all of my knives there at great prices. My two favorite being a small but sturdy hunting knife that fits my small hands and a beautiful machete. I love the great customer service here and will absolutely be a customer for life!

Hows this pawn shop even still in business. Everything they have is over priced. I brought a diamond ring there and she said im not the jewerly person shell be in later. But we want give u 200 for it. She seemed to know nothing about how to do jewerly. How do you not know? That should be part of your job.

Overly priced and the red headed woman is rude. I go all the way to Knoxville on Kingston pike close to Party City but across the street because I refuse to give Smokey Mtn Pawn Shop any of my money. They're the only pawn shop in Oak Ridge and they know it. I was looking for a tablet one day so I went in there and I asked her, she didn't even look up from her magazine but pointed where they were at. On top of that you can buy one brand new in the store for the prices they have. I'll never go back!
