They responded to my inquiry within an hour or so, found out some basic information about my business, and generated a list of three options that might best suit the needs. That help narrowing down the field of options was exactly what I needed. All three companies promptly followed up to set up demos, and I selected my favorite. Any one of the three would have worked for my business, so they were spot on. Start to finish was a little over a week, in part due to my calendar conflicts.
