These people just don't deserve even one rating.keep on complaining about the issues they are least bothered and will resolve only when they have time.they do not understand the urgency of issues n business impact.many people from medicine market have switched to other software's for this.infact even the top personnel r least bothered even if complained about their staff not responding n 90 percent they don't even pick calls as if thy are charged for incoming.
