I am new to the area and felt welcomed by the crew of Solano Mortgage. The receptionist is very friendly and patient. They helped me track down all of my documents and made copies of my originals and even took the time to help me organize. I had a meeting with Jim Porter and we brainstormed my options and he took the time to help me understand. The office has a uplifting , positive vibe and I am happy to have them in my corner.

Super appreciative for the education, guidance and support throughout the process from Jim & his team. I was surprised to find out that my husband and I were approved the same day. We were eager to make an offer on a home we saw and the effort Solano Mortgage put in to get our offer in on time made my husband and I feel like VIPs!

I love my new home. I was referred to Sara from a co-worker. I was moving from Santa Rosa and wasn’t sure where to begin being new to the area. Sara was very familiar with the area, she took the time to listen to what was important to me. She connected me with a great agent who found me my home .
