We refinanced through them and since then it’s been a joke, Getting them to do their job the first time refinancing was impossible. We keep getting late notices for not paying all the time and we have paid on time, then decided to get automatic withdraw to pay, And still get late Notices even though they take the money out of our bank account. Then we realize the mortgage wasn’t paying our insurance company, and we found out when our insurance company dropped us because the mortgage wasn’t paying the insurance company for a year. And we never got our money back, they kept one years worth of insurance. AVOID THESE GUY’S!!!!

Drive through is a little hard with a big vehicle. Staffing has gone down and it can be difficult to get in and out quick. Staff are friendly though.

Noe provided an Incredibly helpful, courteous experience. I came in looking for information regarding an auto loan. Noe went above and beyond to answer my questions and get me the help I needed. I think people who are dissatisfied are more likely to leave reviews, it's important to also recognize those times when your experience is positive. If you need loan help, ask for Noe.
