The best place to do your banking anywhere around. I Have been a member there for the past 25 years and everyone there has always been super pleasant and gone the extra mile to make banking with them a breeze. I always shop around for rates and they have always been the best also. Highly recommend them with an A+++++

I rate it 3 stars because of a clean location. In general, the staff are average in regards to personality and helpfulness. The rates on their loans are disappointing given that they are a credit union. On each vehicle I bought new in the past few years I have given them a shot at the loan and it's been an entire percent higher than the best ones I'm offered. About 15 years ago the bank was one of the best, but it's gone down hill ever since.

Had this bank awhile, they remember my face and just serve me without ID, the coin machine finally isnt a dinosaur that gets jammed every second, i like the new coin machine and doing it myself. My only complaint about this place is the wait with no acknowledgment, 5 people will walk back and forth by you 10x with a huge line waiting for service, they wont even as much as say "someone will be right with you" or "just a minute" nothing! No interaction at all. 3 tellers helping people and 3 twittling their thumbs with another 2 shuffling through pens or papers trying to appear busy. One thing they ALL have in common is the miserable faces and attitudes. Ive never gotten a bad attitude but theres no friendliness no extra conversation "how are u today" they say next and stare at u with a blank stare until u say what u want to do, they speak minimal words, little to zero eye contact. Its nuts how much they are always zombies. Cant believe a job on your ass sucks that bad. Im on my feet 12hrs a day and wont ever let a guest feel how much it sucks for me! Just saying! A smile or a few words of acknowledgement could go a long way

Been with this bank for years, they will take care of you if you take care of them. Their mobile app is lightyears ahead of alot of the other banks
