Need help as a small business regarding negative online reviews. Felt like the office of the small business commissioner is completely out of touch with the harm caused by negative reviews to small business. 23/3/17 4:40pm. I'm sure many small businesses would be very interested to learn how you manage to have this review removed. Because 1 star affects potential customers buying decisions! And for small business that means unafforadable lost revenue!24/3/17 Mr J Chapman stated: "As outlined to you, the issue of negative postings on small business been raised with our office rarely." The Office of the Small Business Commissioner has no answer for how to remove this negative review. The Office of the Small Business Commissioner has failed to offer any advice regarding the following:"Small business needs some legislation that allows it to have a fairer way to deal with this issue.1. A statutory end date!2. A requirement to identify the parties and any affiliations.3. A mandatory means of reply.4. A scale by which a rating system is quantified. Where a 1 star is for the most egregious behaviour." Mr Chapman offers to meet face to face! I have qualified I want the dialogue in writing as evidence. Mr Chapman has chosen to go silent on the matter. PS I will amend any facts posted here if Mr Chapman of the Office of the Business Commission qualifies any errors or omissions.
