This bank lives in 80’s or 90’s for every little thing you have to go to the branch phone service is useless and also the app is old fashion .. you wanna change name go to the bank , you wanna change auto pay from saving to checking go to the bank .. this bank is for old people not for millennial or gen x ..only good part about this bank is interest rate and that’s it ..

Totally inefficient. When applying for loans departments do not communicate with each other or with their customers. It's very unfortunate. Not worth your time

I've been a member of the South Jersey Credit Union Since 1989. When they opened at the old Golden Nugget employees bus waiting room at the old Coggin Chevrolet on Wellington Ave, we became friends and we're still friends today.
