The adult programs are engaging and relevant, the childrens' programs are fun and educational. The library staff are knowledgeable about resources for every topic, including special needs and accessible options.The "Mind/Body," section is SO great, with CD's, activities boxes, books and books on CD - we are very fortunate to have such a valuable treasure in our local library.

Excellent public library! One of the best in the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh system. The space is bright, clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. My kids also love coming here for the well-designed kids space with seating area and toys for little ones. This location has a huge selection of movies, music and comics! There is a lovely, quiet reading area with a fireplace separate from an equally awesome reading area (equipped with a vending machine) for teens. If the Pleasant Hills Library wasn’t so close to home, we’d definitely make this our primary public library.
