Been with credit union for over 15 years and I've had no problems but this two week I've applied for a loan and I've gave them loads of of forms with what the loans says on top of your loan all original I. D and much more and still they want a statement on how much i how in total from brighthouse it only says how much they take out that's on my bank statements also original copy's of my agreements with brighthouse but they want to no how much in total in my opinion it shouldn't be allowed as its only my child bennefit what goes into that account what pays my loans not rest of my items i shouldn't av to do that it only says on top if bottom dwp outstanding loans and areas and how much you pay back not how much in total I how brighthouse wene they av got my agreements and cost with all the contract I've sent and rest of i..i.d if not go to brighthouse and ask them how much I how in total they will not deel with me or my loan they can see direct debit how much they take weekly not thinking I'm a lier or my privet life wene it as never been a problem in over two years I've applyed at credit union I've had brighthouse then but never once had this problem before of them and i think it disgusting two weeks now and still asking for more and more prove wene I've tick all the list at the top of the letter of my loan they have enough original documents
