I'm out of town and I need to pay my due and would need to use the phone app check deposit so I can transfer money from my other bank to Southland to pay the loan. 1st Rep stated that its all good just deposit the check via phone app then when I tried error showed up. 2nd Rep stated that they took away that service from me because my bill is past due already and i would need to come to one of their branch to pay in person instead of me just depositing my check so they can take the money or I can pay $12 and they will take debit card transaction. Lmao... So a customer trying to pay southland doesn't want you to pay that easy they want you to jump all the hoops and charge you more money so that you can pay. xD

After spending all day on the phone with my bank I finally found out that this credit union didnt send over my check deposit from their use of the co op atms. I am beyond furious. I have had the buck passed on to me so many times that i finally called the business that sent me the check and THEY WERE MORE HELPFUL THAN SOUTHLAND. If you are not going to participate in the co-op atm network RIP THAT STICKER OFF YOUR ATM!
