I use South Star for both of our business accounts. I have found the employees to be genuinely friendly and helpful. I am personally greeted each time I enter by name. I feel that I am a truly valued customer and would highly recommend SSB to anyone looking for a friendly, neighborhood bank.

Chris goes out of his way to help us with our business needs. He always keep an eye out for his clients. Chris makes us feel like we are family. Davonica is always smiling and pleasant to transact business with. We will be staying with SSB for years to come.

Davonica and the others at SouthStar Bank have been amazing. Especially for myself while I have been starting up my own business. Their merchant services provider, Ronnie, is also a outstanding and accommodating. I am very happy I chose to go with SouthStar bank as my business bank representative!

Horrible bank!!They will try to push loan products to you from within their bank at ridiculously outrageous rates!Larry Weisinger is like a used car salesman that will promise the world and under deliver when you're in a time crunch.Whether he works at the branch or not, their practices are all the same. They will rope you in with false promises and leave you hanging with shady practices and fees, no different than a big bank.
